Charlotte, NC (March 7, 2021) – At 7:40 p.m. on the evening of Saturday, March 6, a car accident took place at an intersection in Charlotte.
According to police, the accident happened at the intersection of Benjamin Street and South Tryon Street. Police confirmed that two or more vehicles collided after they entered the intersection at the same time. This led to extensive damages to the involved vehicles.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders. One or more victims were taken to the hospital for treatment.
The roadway was blocked in the area of the intersection for an extended period of time.
The investigation into the circumstances of the accident continues.
