Mint Hill, NC (January 21, 2021) – At 1:20 p.m. on Thursday afternoon, January 21, a car crash took place at an intersection in Mint Hill.
According to police, the accident happened at the intersection of Albemarle Road and Blair Road when two vehicles collided with each other. Few details have been released but it is believed that the vehicles entered the intersection at the same time. This led to extensive damages.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were dispatched to the scene of the crash to help those with injuries. One or more victims were hospitalized, though their identities and conditions are not yet known.
The roadway was blocked at the intersection for a period of time.
No further details have been released. The investigation continues.
