Salisbury, NC (December 1, 2020) – Around 5:53 p.m. on Tuesday evening, December 1, a car crash took place at an intersection in Salisbury.
Few details have been released but it is believed that two vehicles collided at the intersection of Jake Alexander Boulevard and Statesville Boulevard. One of the vehicles went off the side of the road following the collision, causing it to crash onto a curb. The vehicle had extensive front-end damage as a result.
Paramedics, the Salisbury Fire Department, and numerous other responders were dispatched to the scene of the accident. They assisted one or more victims with their injuries, though the extent of those injuries is not entirely known.
The intersection was blocked to those traveling west for an extended period of time.
No further details have been released but the investigation continues at this time.
