Charlotte, NC (March 8, 2021) – Around 3:55 p.m. on the afternoon of Monday, March 8, a car accident with injuries occurred at an intersection in Charlotte.
According to authorities, the accident took place at the intersection of Hollyfield Drive and Jenkins Drive. It is believed that two vehicles entered the intersection at the same time, causing them to collide with one another. The vehicles were badly damaged.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were present at the scene. One or more victims were hospitalized.
The intersection was blocked in the area for an extended period of time.
No further details have been released but the investigation continues.
