Charlotte, NC (March 19, 2021) – At 6:40 p.m. on the evening of Friday, March 19, a car accident took place at an intersection in Charlotte.
According to officials, the accident happened at the intersection of Park Road and Reece Road. Two vehicles collided after they entered the intersection at the same time. This led to extensive damages to the involved vehicles.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other local responders were called to the scene. One or more victims, who have not yet been identified, were taken to the hospital for treatment.
The intersection was blocked in the area for an extended period of time as police cleared the scene.
No further details have been released. The investigation remains ongoing at this time.
