Charlotte, NC (February 2, 2021) – At 6 p.m. on the evening of Tuesday, February 2, a car crash with injuries occurred at an intersection in Charlotte.
According to Charlotte officials, the accident took place at the intersection of North Tryon Street and West Sugar Creek Road. Few details have been released but police confirmed that multiple vehicles entered the intersection at the same time. The accident led to extensive damages.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were dispatched to the scene of the crash to help those in need. One or more victims were injured as a result of the accident, though their conditions are not yet known.
The roadway was blocked in the area for an extended period of time.
No further details have been released but the investigation continues.
