Charlotte, NC (March 12, 2021) – Around 6:35 p.m. on Thursday evening, March 11, a hit-and-run accident occurred at an intersection in Charlotte.
According to police, the accident took place at the intersection of Hillside Avenue and Park Road. A vehicle collided with one another at the intersection but the first vehicle fled the scene. Police did not confirm if they caught the driver responsible for the collision.
Paramedics and numerous other responders were present at the scene. One or more victims were taken to the hospital for treatment.
The intersection was blocked in the area for a period of time.
