Kernersville, NC (December 2, 2020) – On Tuesday, December 1, two people were injured in a head-on collision that took place in Kernersville.
According to police, the accident took place between two vehicles at 600 Dobson Street. Police confirmed that a passenger vehicle crossed the center line and collided head-on with a pickup truck. The vehicles involved sustained heavy damages as a result of the accident.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were dispatched to the scene of the collision. The driver of the vehicle was hospitalized with critical injuries while the driver of the pickup truck was listed in serious condition.
The roadway was closed down in multiple lanes of traffic as police worked to clear the scene.
No further details have been released but Kernersville Police are still working on their investigation.
